Timberly is a quiet, tranquil, well-maintained subdivision of 67 paired villas on two cul-de-sacs. Our entrance is off Old Tampa Road, near Hwy 301 and we are conveniently located within one mile of many retail services as well as medical facilities and service stations.

Our community is one of the few with no CDD. We also have a low HOA of only $266.67 per month, which is paid quarterly ($800.00). This covers amenities such as the community heated pool, basic cable & internet service, and maintenance assisted landscaping.
